keeping it simple & healthy.

I am not a huge breakfast person but I know it is such an important meal which is why I have been trying much harder to make it happen. I keep it simple and light because I really just don't have that big of a breakfast appetite. 

Whole Wheat Toast
Over easy eggs
Strawberry jam
Orange juice

Its that easy.
